| What does the SKY symbolize to YOU?? Oh, I see... It's romantic and understandable to ask what the MOON means to certain people, or what FACE they see in it... But the SKY?!!! The sky is everywhere and it is all the time. Where's the moon on a cloudy night? But the sky is always there. Is it the canopy above us, that which the skyscrapers try to reach? Or is the sky that hidden behind the clouds? Pilots try to join the sky... They dream of it being endless and promising. It symbolizes to THEM, a special, private place of silence without a roof. Without limits. THE SKY IS THE LIMIT. Is it? How so? the sky, up close and personal "The sky is unreachable, far-away water. But it's still possible, to dive into it." (verena jrgens, lying on her back) "Blue. No planes! Peace, quiet." (julia brck while drinking water) "Wind. Far far far far far far far far away. Unreachable stuff like that... I also like the clouds, and the sun. FREEDOM!! WOODSTOCK!! It makes me happy, I don't know why, I like it. It's so pretty. But it's not so pretty when it's grey, but then it's in a bad mood, and it's allowed to be in a bad moon once in a while..." (melanie brck, lying lazily on her back, looking at the flowers) "The sky means many different things to me... When I'm standing on a field, and I can see the sky completely, then I think it's a round ball that can't be touched. But when it's raining or snowing, then the sky is just clouds, and I don't think much about it. But the sky is something else when there's wind... Imagine there were no sky! Then it'd be grey and boring, and you'd only see what's right in front of you, because the sky symbolizes something endless and unlimited." (pascal jrgens while writing an application) "The sky is like this beautiful eternal blue that I can always be assure when I look up, I'll see... It's constant and safe..." (megan o'reilly while getting ready for the day) Lying on the grass, I have the sky between my fingers when I hold up my hand against it, and look between my open fingers. The sky in my hands. Or I can carry a cloud with one cupped hand. Take a look at Caelestia Have a Read At THE SKY LIT UP |
