| she's insomniac questions asked by mary asking blue sara the poetess |
| When did it start? When I was about 11 years old. Did you know about insomnia back then? Nope, I asked my dad about it and he told me about it, after about a week of not being able to sleep. Would you change it if you could? Not really, I love the night. And you're not tired the next day? Nope. I usually get 3 hours of sleep which is good for me. What time do you sleep? Around 5:45am every morning. Are you worried when you are able to sleep? NO, that happens like once a month when I sleep for 12 hours. *smiles* Makes up for the whole month! Why does this happen to you? I don't know. What are some ways of falling asleep? Try sleeping in another room, or on the floor. It works! When is a person officially an insomniac? Well, it is diagnosed after 2 weeks straight of not being able to fall asleep. It's a chronic inability of falling asleep or remaining asleep for an adequate length of time. Do your parents know? Yeah, my whole famliy has it. Right now I'm living with my dad and brother, and I'll be walking around at 3am and both of them would be sitting outside on the patio. My mom has it too. When I was living with her, me and her used to stay up all night. What do you do when you're up so long? Nothing much, I usually write or just think about stuff, listen to music. So it runs in the family? Yeah, but I don't think you can gentically inherit it. For me, it just started one day. Thank You, Sara!!! window, bathroom window 007 back to sleepless |
