Toby, the White House Director
of Communications, may be seen as cynical, but
really just tries not to let optimism cloud reality. Known also for his abrasive sense of
humour, Toby considers arguing to be his hobby.
He savours his pain-in-the-ass reputation. Being from New York, Toby is a hardcore baseball
fan and also enjoys knocking back a few drinks after
work. Toby's ex-wife, Andrea Wyatt, is currently in Congress.
