Hundreds of Cuban refugees are on their way across the Atlantic Ocean in search of freedom, Deputy Chief of Staff Josh Lyman is expected to be fired for an off-colour remark he made on TV which has Christian fundamentalists bristling, Deputy Communications Director Sam Seaborn has just discovered that the law student he slept with last night also works as a call girl, and the President of the United States, Josiah Bartlet, sprained his ankle by riding a bicycle into a tree. It's an ordinary day at the White House.
