The White House staff is in full crisis mode when President Bartlet collapses in the Oval Office as he prepares for the State of the Union speech, while the India-Pakistan border skirmish flares again when a fearful Pakistan gives its commanders control of its nuclear arsenal. While the President's condition is officially blamed on the flu, Leo's suspicions are raised - but he has his own problems to deal with, as he prepares to publicly admit to his former substance-abuse problem. Despite the multiple crises, CJ and Mallory (Allison Smith) still find time to express their romantic feelings about two very different men.
