Poetry Competition 2009 - Entry form and rules

Entries will be disqualified if not in accordance with the rules and cheques/postal orders not banked.
Poems should be your own work on your choice of subject and not more than 40 lines.
Each poem must have a title.
Deadline is October 31st 2009.
Winners to be announced on 19th December 2009 and prize monies distributed.
Winners will have their prize-winning poems on the Bards at Blidworth website and in an anthology in the Autumn of October 2010. Copyright remains with the poets.
Poems to be typed or clearly printed on A4 white paper, with a title but NOT named.
The poet's name, address, phone number (and email if applicable) should be written on the entry form below along with the titles of the poems.
The entry fee of �1 to cover up to 3 poems should be enclosed. UK cheques or postal orders are acceptable and should be made out to 'Expansions Unlimited Press'.
Correspondence cannot be entered into. The Judges' decisions are final.
Entries cannot be returned, so poets should keep copies of their work.
Competitors who would like acknowledgement of receipt or notification of winning entries should enclose stamped addresses envelope(s) marked "Receipt" or "Results".
