Shipping and Terms
Our preferred method of shipping is Canada Post. If you prefer to use another shipping method please specify when ordering.
Discounts are available for large orders please contact [email protected] for more information.
Make sure the items in your shopping cart are correct when placing your online order.

* Your order will be processed as soon as payment has cleared. Please note some orders are custom made and will take a longer period to receive.
*. You will receive an EMAIL to notify you of order receipt, as well as a second EMAIL to provide you with your order Tracking Number and approximate time of shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is mandatory for all returned merchandise and must be obtained within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
Notification must be made within one week of order receipt via email at [email protected] or by phone at 905-778-1362. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and the ITEM NUMBER of the jewelry piece in question when contacting.
Please be aware that no refunds will be issued, rather the item will be replaced with a new one unless inventory does not permit if inventory does not permit exchange then a credit shall be issued towards next order for original item price as per sales receipt.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without prior authorization or after the seven day period.
PACKAGING and RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Send your return package back to Bananatree.ca via the Post Office, UPS or other service. We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.
- Include name, Order number and Item number(s) of enclosed merchandise.
- Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored.
- Keep your shipping receipt.
Articles are accepted for exchange if returned in original sealed packaging and in new condition within 30 days with prior authorization provided within one week of order receipt (RMA—see above).
Shipping charges for returning items are to be prepaid; we do not pay or are responsible for any shipping charges due to returned items back to our loading docks.
Items will be exchanged for same product or equivalent value.
