Becca's Review

Is it just me or has everyone had about enough of these movies? I grew up on Star Trek. My mom watched the reruns of the OLD version with Captian Kirk and Spock. Then out came the Next Generation, then Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and now whatever new one is out now. They are slowly loosing their effect, and so are the movies. Star Trek is suppose to have some jokes, but the whole way this movie started made it seem like a big joke, and it didn't get any better. Patrick Stewart is a wonderful actor, and I am so sick of watching his talents being used up by this horrible movie series.

Please stop degrating Captian Jean-Luc Picard, and all the wonderful characters I learned to love as a child. Let them go, they are gone, allow their imaginative forms to die in peace, please.

Jeff's Review

This movie had to be one of the most disapointing movies for me last year. I love the original TNG series, I watched it when it was first on the air (no, I am not a trekie), it was a very good show with interesting topics, enemies, and allies. This movie, as the one before it, really give TNG a bad name and image. This is not how I want to remember Captain Picard. Joy riding on one of his new little toys on some no nothing planet. Jesus, it sounds like he is on vacation. I found myself dozing off about half way through, and I much prefered the sleep over this snoore fest. That is all....
