Becca's Review
Whoa, did this movie ever give me nightmares. It was released in 1997 or 1998 (I've gotten several dates throughout searching for it's release), so obviously it's an older movie. But it's one crazy mind trip, you won't believe the stuff you see in this movie. Carol Kane (Dorine Douglas) does an excellent job at making her character into the strange psycho. At first you almost feel like you are with her and agreeing with what she is doing. Halfway through the movie I honestly thought about turning it off. It does alot of taboo stuff, that will make your jaw drop.
This movie is not for the weak of heart, as it shows alot of grusome scenes and many many murders. It's a very shocking film, and though I never jumped in fear because I saw it all coming, I was stunned several times. I just couldn't believe that they were showing what they were. If you are looking for a film that will shock you, then this is it. I watched it alone, which is probably why it freaked me out so much. However, the beginning you might think it's cheesy and want to turn it off, keep watching it'll take you on a journey you'll never forget.
