Description

Sex ninja Miko Mido thrashes the forces of evil with her sensual martial arts, but one thing she’s never been able to catch is a man of her own. Her new squeeze just might be Mister Right... or he may be in league with the lascivious forces of darkness. Just goes to show, supernatural sex fiends are pesky, but men are definitely evil. And hell has no fury like a sex ninja scorned!

Becca's Review

Well, for the most part it's the same old story as before, with the same tenticles. It's suppose to be humorous, and I felt it's corny attempts were at least worth watching just to say "Wow, that was stupid." I do not feel that this gave the same feel to La Blue Girl has the first one did. Miko seemed a bit more mature then she was in the first, however still naive. You would think someone who is trained in sex craft wouldn't be so ... um... stupid I guess the word for it is. She should have blonde hair (I can say this I am blonde) because she is so stupid to that point that it makes me flat out sick to my stomach as both a watcher and a female.

The animation in this is beautiful, the enemies are butterfly-like creatures. When the female lead enemy (can't remember her name) is reborn and she spreads her wings, it left me in awe. I mean wow, that was gorgeous. Sometimes despite how corny a movie is, it's just great enough to watch it for the beautiful animation which La Blue Girl Return delivers in full force. Everything could be a bit less shiny, but in some parts it adds so much flare that it is unbelievable to me. The animation alone is the reason I am giving this movie a higher rating. It's worth it just for the beauty and smoothness of it's characters.
