The undersigned, by his and/or her signature hereto, hereby agrees and promises (for himself, herself, and any other person on whose behalf he and/or she may act, including but not limited to his and/or her minor children) to release, hold harmless and waive any claim of liability against the Village of Ballston Spa and/or its agents, servants, officers, and employees from any liability whatsoever (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with The Ballston Spa Rolling Roadster's Race to be held on August 12, 2000 or the rain date of August 13, 2000. The undersigned hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and freely assumes all risk inherent in or connected with such use.
