Uno de los objetivos principales del ballet es difundir la cultura dancística y musical mexicana, sobre todo entre la juventud.
En numerosas ocasiones, "Casa de las Flores" ha sido seleccionado por diversas instituciones públicas y privadas para ser representadas, es así como ha realizado giras por escenarios estatales, nacionales e internacionales, siendo en todos ellos reconocido por la experiencia y el profesionalismo con que sus integrantes reflejan el alma y el espíritu de lo mexicano.
A Sehuáquit le preocupa terminar con ese pensamiento que dice "en Sonora termina la cultura y empieza la carne asada" y que no existe más folklore que la danza del venado. Es por ello que "Casa de las Flores" demuestra día a día el potencial que tiene para ser un digno representante de la cultura folklórica sonorense ante el mundo.
Todo esto nos envuelve dentro un verdadero amor de velar por las experiencias artísticas culturales, locales y nacionales, por lo que consideramos el más valioso sentir de la expresión:

Who we are?
The Sehuaquit folklore ballet (“House of Flowers”, in Opata language), is set up by seventy young people between university and high school people, which ages fluctuate between twelve and 35 five years, combining experience, inexperience and achievement of spirit and cooperation, inside of this group; reflecting at the same time an exclusive image of dynamism, skill and beauty.
One of the principal objectives from the ballet is spread the dancistic culture and Mexican music, overcoat in the young people.
In many occasions, “House of Flowers” has been selected by several public institutions and private to be represented, for that is how we have done state scenery tours, nationals and internationals, been in all of them recognized by the experience and professionalism that our members reflect in their soul and Mexican spirit.
To Sehuaquit concern to finish with the thought that say “in Sonora ends’ the culture and start the roast meat” and that not exist more folklore, well only the deer dancing. “House of flowers” shows day by day that it has the potential that it must be dignified to representative the Sonora folklore culture to the entire world.
All of this envelops us inside of a true love to watch over the culture artistic experience, in town and nationals, for that we considerate that the worthy feeling of the expression: “Imprisoned in the Sonora soul and captive in the national soul”.
