Murder

Ever sit down and plan a murder?
It is easy, cuz your better at it then them
Ya plan and plan and practice and revise that plan again
Ya make sure everything is in place, the whole while, making sure
that they can't do anything about it.
The Day comes.  Ya do it.  Ya move out, getting close without them
knowing it,
then ya let em have it! Bam!  Hey - the next one too! Bam! and 
Bam! and Bam!
the whole day through.  Night comes, then day.
Ya look down at your feet and what do you see?
Whole bunch of dead bodies, staring up at me.
That ain't scarry - I've seen it before - on TV
Scary movies, horror movies - 
these, they can't come after me
Look through their pockets, see if they have anything cool,
Oh look, ya can play soccer with this decapitated head - funny isn't it?
Pictures of family, of friends, of lovers and cars - what saps.
Where are the ghosts? Where is the damnation you ask?
Aren't they even in death gonna take retribution?
Guess not, the stupid dorks.
Ya go home.  Ya have a drink. (Cuz ya have been saving it for a long time)
....Wait, what is this?  The hand, it is shaking.
Ya hold it with your other hand.  
The skin it is flaking.
ya put lotion on and try to hide it.
Don't look into a mirror!!!!  No, not into your own eyes..
that is the worst - cuz ya know...they look just like that guy's ya killed.
Don't go insane!!!!  Really - it isn't worth it - accept it 
ya can live and still be dead - oh, not a zombie, nor a living dead dude,
ya heart isn't stopped, but it is dead.
