Outcasts are those who 'drift' from town to town, kingdom to kingdom, never staying in one place long enough to get a job or Status title. People can also be outcasts in one kingdom, and nobels in another, if they have been banished from a place. Most commonly, though, Outcasts are just people who'd rather not be known about, and don't really want a Status anyway.
Status Rebels, on the other hand, are those that refuse to take a Status title because it is against thier religion and/or beliefs. These include, but are not limited to, Fae Elves, Lycans, Centaurs, Mermaids, Driders, and Ghosts. Though some individuals of those races may choose to shun thier beliefs and get a status title anyway.
