Middle-Class

Middle-class is the most common status. These are the people who work for a living. They usually don't have enough money to retire untill old age, and have no choice but to be labourors. Those in the middle-class status live in the towns and villages of Lomeelas, thought they most often do not own the land they live on. It can be bought by them, of course, but it takes a huge sum of money to do so.

The Middle-class workers are the backbone of the world, keeping up production of food, clothes, and other goods. Without Middle-class citizens much of Lomeelas would have fallen to ruin after the humans created government in 609 BGW.

Middle-class workers are often paid by other middle-class workers, or by wealths, the nobels governing thier towns, and even royalty. It all depends on where one lives, and what they do.

The Middle-class status can be upped to Wealthy once the citizen has reached a large enough sum of money that they no longer need to work. The Middle-class status can also be degraded to Poor, if the worker does just the opposite, looses all thier money, or just enough to make it so they can no longer keep up a healthy, normal lifestyle.
