**Big cats were sought to 'not fit in' entirly well with the habitats of Lomeelas. Most of them are rainforest or savannah animals, and there are no such thing as those in Lomeelas. Cats have since become wonderful, and very beautiful, pets. The only exception of the Big-Cat issue is the leopard, which has, for whatever reason, adapted to living in more 'american' styled forests. There are, of course, a few exceptions for each species.
