  nam_mode:            nam_on  - start nam
                       nam_off - do not start nam
  test_mode: type of the test to perform which can be one of the following:
          stepped_start:start 1/20 of the flows every 10ms
                         and stop them at 200ms
          stepped_life:  start 1/10 of the flows every 10ms till 100ms
                         and stop after 100ms of lifetime
          default:       start all the flows during the first quarter
                         of the simulation duration and stop during
                         the last quarter distibuted uniformly in time
                         (nam disabled)
