UTC TIME
When entering the date and time, you will be prompted for UTC time. This is the universal time that is kept for the whole world in England, and from which time zones are calculated. For more precise readings, it helps if you know your true UTC time. Time varies with respect to UTC by 4 seconds per zodiac minute, or 1 minute per 15 zodiac minutes, or 4 minutes per zodiac degree. You will also need to know your longitud setting. For example, I'm at 84 degrees 4 minutes West Longitud, and my time zone is -6 hours from UTC. Therefore, 84 x 4 = 336 and 4 x 4 = 16, 336 / 60 = 5 hours 36 minutes and 16 seconds, so my true time is not -6 hours UTC but -5:36:16.
