Here's a little information about my latest hot rod. It's an '87 Buick Turbo T that I purchased on July 4, 2005. It has 165K miles on it, but still runs great. I installed new bumper fillers on it and had it repainted. I've also installed a new FAST XFI computer on it, in anticipation of future modifications. My goal is to keep it streetable and have it run low 11s through the quarter. In factory stock condition, but running 18 psi boost, it ran a 8.55 through the 1/8th mile (roughly 13.3 through the 1/4). I've recently purchased an alcohol injection kit from AlkyControl.com and an electric cutout for the exhaust. The next mods that I have planned are a larger turbo (PT67) and a TH downpipe. |
