Chapter 9: Back At Home
Jenn and Jo really missed Manda and Mel. "Jenn!!" JO called from her kitchen.
"Ya?" Jenn asked as she walked into the giant room sitting down on one of the stools at the island in the middle of the room.
"Do you think Manda or Mel are online?" JO asked.
"JO, if you don't know, what makes you think I know??" Jenn smiled.
"I don't know I was just wondering. Maybe they are?"
"Well, why don't you check?" JO pulled her laptop closer to her on the island and logged on. Just her luck they weren't online, but they said to be on at 1:00 that night. The girls decided to go shopping to pass the time. They missed having Mel and Manda around to give their opinions on the guys in the mall.
A few hours and a bunch of shopping bags later, "Man I'm tired! Shopping takes a lot out of a girl!"JO said as she fell onto the couch.
"Ya I know I was there! You dragged me into every single store! Hey, what time is it?" Jenn asked as she too fell onto the couch beside JO
"Well, you shouldn't of agreed to go shopping with me then! It's five to one why?" JO said looking at Jenn confused.
"Man, JO! I swear if your head wasn't attached you'd forget it! Manda and Mel asked us to meet them in the chat room at one!!!"Jenn said as she motioned to Jo's laptop.
JO went over to her laptop and logged on and Jenn sat beside her and waited in anticipation as to what Mel and Manda had to tell them.
JO_Lizi: Hey!!!!
Mandi_Bear: Hey Long time no...Talk/See!!
JO_Lizi: YA! I know! We r missin u guys sooooooo Much!! r u missing us??
Meli_Ann: NOPE!.....Hehee Nah I'm kiddin, the 3 of us have been missing u guys like CRAZY!!!!!
JO_Lizi: (Jenni_Lyn) What do u mean 3 of u? Ur mom is missing us??
Meli _Ann: Hey Jenni! Nope! This person we haven't seen in ages!
JO_Lizi: Man we have NO idea!
BooBoo_baby: WOW! A girl sure does know when she's missed!
JO_Lizi: There's only 1 girl I know with that nick!!! Breanne!!!!!!!! OMG!! It sure has been Ages!!!!! How have ya been??
Booboo_baby: I've been Ok I've missed you 5 sooooo bad!!
JO_Lizi: You R coming back to visit!?!
Booboo_baby: Is that a request or a demand?? *L*
JO_Lizi: (Jenni) Which ever way it takes for you to come back home and see your girls who have missed you terribly!!!
Booboo_baby: U guys have no idea at how much I've missed u!!!!!
Booboo_baby: Here's Mel And Manda, they really want to tell you something!!
Mandi_Bear: Thanx!! WOW, where to start???
Meli_Ann: It's usually better to start at the beginning!! Ok....the
Concert was a total blast!!! At the end Nick..........
Mel went through the whole story including every last detail, and when ever
she would forget a small detail Manda would fill it in!
Mandi_Bear: ......and they bring us to the hotel and we go up to their PENTHOUSE SUITE!! We find Boo and have a mini reunion! We came back to our hotel with Boo!! Cool 2 days ain't it?!?
JO_Lizi: YA!! RIGHT!! AND MY NAME IS TOM!!
Meli_Ann: Well Hey Tom!!!
JO_Lizi: (Jenni) That's a pile of bull!
Mandi_Bear: Believe Us!! We're Telling you the truth!!
JO _Lizi: How can we believe you when anyone could tell that your lying!!!
Meli_Ann: FINE!! I don't care what you say!!!! I do know I don't wanna Fight!!!!
MELI_ANN HAS LOGGED OFF THE SERVER
Mandi_Bear: I really thought you guys of all people would be able to tell when your friends are telling you the truth!!! I really can't believe you guys right now!!
MANDI_BEAR HAS LOGGED OFF THE SERVER
JO_Lizi: Boo??
Booboo_baby: Yea?
JO_Lizi: That was some lame joke they put together, Right??
Booboo_baby: Do you really think you should be asking me that??
BOOBOO_BABY HAS LOGGED OFF THE SERVER
"What the hell did she mean by that?" Jo shouted at the computer.
"Maybe they were telling the truth?" Jenn stated.
"But why would they say that they are 'dating' Mr. Bad Boy AJ and Mr. Angelic Voice Brian of all people??" Jo asked confused.
"I don't know, but let's let them cool down and ask them about it tomorrow, Okiedokie?" Jenn offered. "
Yea OK!" Jo said sounding a little skeptical that 2 of her best friends are possibly dating 2 Backstreet Boys.

Jo picked up the phone and handed the other extension to Jenn.
.....RING......RING..... "Hello?" someone said sleepily into the phone.
"Hey! Is Mel there?" Jo asked.
"Um hold on...." the person said. Jo and Jenn heard rustling and muffled voices.
*In The Hotel Room*
"...But I don't want them to think we're lying to them Tima," Mel whined to Fatima, the boys choreographer. Fatima and the 3 girls became fast friends and Fatima ended up staying over after the big argument Breanne Manda and Mel endured the night before.
"Mel, Hunny, you have to explain to them that your not lying and that you're dating AJ and Manda's dating Brian. You have to," Fatima said in a reassuring tone.
"OK Tima, but if they still think we're lying, it's on your head!" Mel said laughing.
"Jello? Red or blue?"Mel said into the phone. She did this sometimes so her friends knew it was her answering the phone.
"Blue! Hey Mel!" Jenn spoke sadly into the phone.
"Hey..."Mel spoke just as sad. There was a long and awkward silence.
"Look We're really sorry for saying what we did yesterday..."Jo began to say.
"It's OK! Manda and I figured you guys wouldn't really believe us, but did you have to blow up like that??" Mel asked as a small giggle escaped from her lips.
"Ya, sorry about that! Hey who answered the phone? I didn't recognize the voice?" Jo asked.
"Oh....Um....She's just a friend we met at the BSB concert!" Mel semi-lied. It was true. Manda, her and Fatima had met at the concert and were now friends, but she didn't mention that it was Fatima or that she also associated with BSB and so did they.
"OK Cool!!" Jenn hesitated.
"Guys come on, the mall isn't going to be open forever!" Jo heard in the background.
"OK I'm coming! Hey Jo and Jenn I gotta go!" Mel said.
"Oh OK!"Jenn said as she hung up the phone.
"OK! We'll see you guys in 3 days!! 'Bye!" Jo spoke with a smile.
"OK Bye!" Mel said as they both hung up the phone.
