This region is a fantastic place in the south east of Morocco thanks to the torrid weather, the beautiful palm-trees, the patient camels and the huge sand dunes. This region is characterized by the variety of its cultures, food, folklores, clothes, music and dances like "Ahidous" and others,and the special architecture for example Kasbas and Ksars. Festivals are also famous here like "the music of the heights" festival in "Imilchil" and the festival of dates in Erfoud. The main languages spoken in the region are Tamazight and Arabic-Darija.
