| Refund Policy For Purchases made in the Baby's Room store:
We will gladly accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date on most items sold at Baby's Room.
To make the process easier and faster, please follow these easy steps:
1. Bring your purchase receipt. Receipts will help us process your return quickly and fairly. For your convenience, we also offer gift receipts for any item purchased, at any time. For returns or exchanges without the original receipt just present valid identification, such as driver's license or Passport. You will be issued a refund in the form of an Baby's Room Club Card for the lowest promotional price in the past 30 days. We will limit returns and exchanges without the original receipt and reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
2. Please keep all packaging and accessories. To help us quickly process your return, please bring all original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals back to the store. We will check the contents of all returned packages to ensure that you receive the correct item in exchange for the product you wish to return.
3. Please return items within the appropriate time period. We will be happy to exchange items within 45 or 90 days of the purchase date (depending on the product) or offer you a refund based on your method of payment. Please refer to the following chart:

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased online. We do not accept returns of:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.
Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, you will not be refunded for the amount of the certificate, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies, even to promotional funds that have been refunded to your account due to a return.
