All puppies will be sold with the following guarantee: First, you are receiving a puppy that has been examined by a Licensed Veterinarian and certified healthy at the time of sale. All vaccines will be current in accordance with puppy’s age at the time of sale. Vaccines that may included are Distemper, Parvo, Lepto, Hepatitis, Adenovirus, Rabies and Bordetella.

The puppy will be current on heartworm preventative starting between 8-10 weeks of age. Flea prevention product Advantage may be applied as necessary every 30 days beginning at 6 weeks of age. The puppies will all be dewormed as a precaution every 2 weeks until leaving my home beginning at 2 weeks of age. All adults are fully vaccinated. All puppies are warranted against genetic defects for 1 year from date of purchase. In the event your puppy has a congenital defect not detectable at the time of sale, will be subject to full/partial refund based on your Veterinarian’s documentation of the defect and probably outcome for said puppy. Hypoglycemia is a real concern for some tiny pups. We usually do not place pups that are very small and fragile until we are sure they are eating and drinking well enough to keep up their blood sugar. Should your puppy develop signs of hypoglycemia: give Karo syrup orally immediately, if the puppy does not respond within 15-20 minutes, take your pup immediately to the vet! This can be life threatening in TOY breeds!!

While we are striving to produce the healthiest most active dogs possible. We ask you to understand that even with our best intentions, mother nature sometimes sends things down the tract that are unforeseeable. We treat people as we would want to be treated. Understand that if your puppy suffers, we suffer as well. The one year warranty is specifically for these occasional instances when something does not show up immediately, but can cause either significant pain or disability, so that the dog will not lead a normal life. For instance, Severe Hip Dysphasia , Heart Defects (life threatening). We fully back up our puppies and want them to be in the best homes possible. We are here to support you as the owner throughout their life span.

When purchasing this pup, you the new owner agree to take said pup to a veterinarian of your choice within 3 business days of purchase. Should your veterinarian pronounce the puppy not suitable for sale, you must call me immediately (within 24 hours) and arrange to return the puppy for a full refund, or choice of another puppy in comparable price and age; this is the seller’s choice. If there are no puppies available, refund is the only option. If you do not return the puppy; no refund will be given. Should your puppy develop a serious defect, contact us within 3 days of this discovery by your vet. Upon proper documentation (report by vet describing defect and expected outcome…etc.) we will then to one of the following: Refund all of the purchase price of puppy (imminent death or severely restricted quality of life thus shortening the expected life span) Partial refund (defect not so severe to curtail pet’s life span or quality of life) or Replacement puppy. These 3 options will be discussed and agreed upon by the purchaser as well as the seller. Under no circumstances will we give a full refund, in addition to another puppy.

There is no guarantee as to breeding or showing of this puppy. It is sold as a pet, if you are not interested in breeding, we strongly recommend spaying or neutering this pup. All puppies are bred to abide by CKC standards and are CKC registered. If your papers are not here at the time of sale, a phone call to you will let you know they have arrived and you may either pick them up or have them mailed to you at your own discretion.
