| Sticking Around |
| Everyone has that one person who is just always with him or her. It's a person who you shared great experiences with, talked to, laughed with, and was just there when you needed him/her the most. It's a person who you may have gone out with and broke up with but you two are still great friends. You tell each other everything and if you need to talk they are always there for you. Even though you could be invlved in a relationship, still part of your heart is with him. her. You try to block it out and believe that you and him/her are over and all that's left is a friendship. But those feelings you once had just keep on appearing time after time, day after day, month after month. And you can't stop wondering if maybe the second time around it can actually work out between you too. You feel too stupid to ask, and yet nervous too. So much you two have been through and all those memories. The good times, the bad times, the funny times, and the exciting times. You both shared at least one memory from each of the categories. No matter what you try to believe that feeling will always stay with you. When you think that your over him/her and another love comes around you mind is wrong. Your heart is telling you different. It's not a feeling you can help; it's not a feeling that anyone can ignore. It's just there. It's there when you wake up, when you go to bed, and when your just looking in the sky thinking or even in your dreams. I guess if you have that person in your life it can be a good thing... and a bad thing. I guess it really depends on you. You can be mature enough to stay close friends after a relationship OR you can be stubborn and throw it all away. That's why some of these friendships work and some only get better. And if your lucky all that off and on dating and the strong friendship might lead to a great life with that person.. And share every moment with him/her. Or you can have a life long friendship and watch each other get married, have children, and be very successful. You never know what is going to happen in life but one thing you can always count on would be that person in your life that sticks out. That part of your heart that you can't ignore and the person who you express everything too. Never throw away a friendship, after a relationship because you should be mature enough to still talk to that person no matter what happens. Who knows... in the future you can be more then friends.
