Beyond Eyes
I put a smile on my face
So people don't frown, and make a face.
In the corner of my eye I see them look me up and down
What problems could she possibly have
Does she even know how it feels?
They think she's pretty, they think she's nice
But they really have to look once.... or twice.
They think she has it all
She has no worries, none at all
So why does she look like she's ready to fall.
She looks tired, she looks stressed
Look at the way she's poorly dressed.
She don't care anymore, her smile is finally gone.
But people still look at her
Like she's something special, or something new.
I wish they could see they emotionally killed her
They pushed her away.
And thats why she's not here to see the day.
She's quietly gone, without a sound, let her finally rest over younder.
