Scrapkit- Divaesque
The scrapkit I used was made by Kirsty and can be found at Designer Scraps

at Fonts101.
Ok.Lets get started..
1. Open a new image 600 X 600 and flood fill with white
2. Open up a paper of choice and copy and paste as a new layer.
3. Resize by 90%, Go to layers, new mask layer from image, find your mask, and click ok
4. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Give it a drop shadow of choice
5.Copy and paste one of the glitter papers and paste it behind the mask resizing to fit. I then changed the opacity to 60%
6. On this paper layer I gave it the following using filters-distortion-twirl

7. On this same layer i then gave it another filter effect using Filter Factory A-Kaleidscope 2 with the following settings

8. Now click back on to the mask layer, click on preset shapes and choose a shape of choice.. Foreground color of choice, background null and a width of 20.00 and draw out your shape. Objects, align in centre of canvas and convert to raster.
9.I then gave it a glass effect using eyecandy 4000. but you can use any glass filter and settings of your choice. I then added a ribbon of choice, resized it and pasted below the frame and erased the bits hanging over the frame.
10. Open up your tube and place as a new layer and give a slight dropshadow. I used a sitting down tube and place her on the preset frame we made above
11.Copy the butterflys as a new layer, resize by 30% or percentage of your choice and place on your frame.
12. Now click on your frame layer, select all, float, defloat and duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers. KEEP SELECTED.
13.On the first layer go to Xenofex constellation and use the following settings with "A few small stars"

14. On the 2nd layer, same effect but hit random and repeat this for the 3rd layer, select none. and hide the top 2 layers
15. Now time to add your Information and text. I used a script style font for my name in black and gave it a gradient glow and slight drop shadow.
16. ok with the 2 top constellation layers hidden, edit copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop,
17. Back to psp, hide the first constellation layer and open the middle one and repeat the edit copy merged and paste after current layer in AS
18. repeat the above step with the 3rd layer.
