Winter Fun
Tools needed
PSP- I used V8 but it should work with all.
Animation Shop
VDL-Snowflakes
Tube of Image of choice-I used the wonderful work of Caron Vinson.
In order to use Carons art you must purchase a license from
CILM.
Font of choice
Scrapkit-Winter Fun which is supplied HERE
Scrapkit used with permission from Melissa from

Lets get started!
1. Open a new image 600x600(We can resize this later)
2.Copy and paste paper of choice, resize 85%, Image,rotate, 45degrees either way.
3.Copy and paste second paper of choice, resize 85%. Do not rotate.
4. Copy and paste the border as a new layer, resize by 85% and move to where you like.
5.Copy and paste the photomount as a new layer and move below the border layer. Place where you like
6.Open the stitches and paste as a new layer,again place where you like, resize if needed.
7. Add ribbon. resize and place where like
8.Copy and paste word art. resize if necessary.
9.Add any other items of your choice.
10. Colorize to match tube/image or leave as is
11. Add your text and copyright.
12.Click on your photomount layer and click inside of it with your magic wand.
13.Copy and paste tube or image into selection
14.layers new raster layer
15.Effects, VDL Snowflakes with the following settings.
16. Selections,select none.
17. Edit, copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop.
18. Back to psp, edit undo select none, undo effect.
19. Effects, VDL Snowflakes again but move the random buttom..
20. Repeats step 17,18 and 19.. but with 19 move the random button again.
21. You should now have 3 frames in animation shop
22. Resize animation
23.View Animation
24. Save file as.
