Vinson Wishes Tools needed PSP- I used version 9 but it should work with all. Animation Shop Filter/s- Eyecandy 4000 Fur and DSB Flux noice Tubes of choice- I used the work of Caron Vinson who is a PTU artist. You can buy her tubes at CILM. You MUST have a license to use her work Font/s of choice-. Mask of choice- I used WSL_Mask187 which is used with permission from Chelle at Weescotslass. You can download the same mask under her downloads section. Scrapkit- I used Fairy Wishes which was made by Kirsty Ok.Lets get started. 1. Open a new image 550 x 400 and floodfill with white 2. Select your rectangle preset shape with a width of 10.00, foreground black, background null. 3. Draw out a small to medium sized rectangle(see my tag for reference) and convert to raster 4.Magic wand inside of your rectangle, selections modify expand by 3.Copy and paste a paper as a new layer and move below the rectangle. 5. On your rectangle layer go to selections invert and then hit delete on your paper layer. select none. 6. Open up a doodle from the kit and resize by 60% and place inside the rectangle above the paper layer, duplicate it, mirror and image. 7.Magic wand your rectangle and go to Eyecandy 4000 fur and use the following settings(I used long and wavy in the settings drop down) 8. Select none and give it a drop shadow of 2,2,40,5.00 black 9. Hide your white background layer and merge visable all other layers, unhide white background layer 10. duplicate, mirror and position next to your orginal, making sure they are even and in the middle. 11. Open up doodle 1, copy and paste as a new layer and resize, position and duplicate and then mirror and position, see my tag for reference 12. Copy and paste a ribbon of choice and place on top, resizing if needed and position 13.Okay now making sure your on your white background layer, copy and paste a paper as a new layer, 14. Layers load save mask and select your mask, click okay. delete the mask and merge group. You may need to resize by 110% or more to make it bigger 15. Add any embellishments from the kit, I added the key, a charm and one of the fairys 16. ok, click on your mas layer and go to selections, select all, float,defloat and duplicate 2 times 17. Filters, dsbflux noise with the following settings, on the second layer hit mix once and on the third layer hit mix 2 times. 18. hide 2 of the mask layers 19. Now before we animate add your � information and your text. 20. Edit copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop 21. back to psp, hide the mask layer and unhide the 2nd mask layer, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop 22. back to psp, hide the layer and unhide the 3rd layer, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop 23.
