1. Open a new image 550 x550
2.Select your rectangle preset shape
and draw out a rectangle black with a width of 10.00
and background null
3. Convert to raster and rotate left 5
degrees
4.Magic wand inside of your rectangle,
selections, modify expand by 5
5. Copy and paste a paper of choice as
a new layer
6. On your rectangle layer, selections
invert and hit delete on the paper layer, select
none and move the paper below
7.Copy and paste a tube of choice as a
new layer, rotate left 5 degrees and resize if
needed.
8. Position your tube inside the
rectangle and on your rectangle layer selections
invert and then hit delete on the tube layer, select
none and move the tube below.
9. Give your tube and rectangle a drop
shadow each of 2,2,80,5.00 Black
10. Copy and paste another paper of
choice as a new layer, resize by 80%
11. Move this paper to the bottom of
your layers palette.
12. Layers, Load mask layer from disk
and select your mask and click ok
13. On your layer paletter, delete the
mask layer and merge group
14. Click on your mask layer, select
all, float and defloat. Duplicate 2 times
15. On your first layer use the
following VM Natural Sparkle settings
16. Repeat on the 2nd layer but change
the random seed and repeat again for the 3rd layer
again changing the random seed
17. Hide the 2 duplicate layers.
18.Add some embellishments from the
kit Including the curtains (rotate these left 5
degrees) and place them on your tag
19. Add your name and any wordart of
choice
20. Add � Information and make sure it
can be seen
21. Crop your image if needed.
22. Edit Copy Merged, Open animation
shop and paste as a new animation
23.Back to psp, hide the first mask
layer and unhide the 2nd, edit copy merged
24. Back to animation shop and paste
after current frame.
25.Back to psp, hide the second
mask layer and unhide the third, edit copy
merged
26. Back to animation shop and
paste after current frame.
27. View Animation and if your
happy
28. File save as and follow the
prompts.
