Valentine Wishes Tools needed PSP- I used V8 but it should work with all. Mura Meisters-Copies Tubes of choice-I used the wonderful work of Anthony Guerra  .You can purchase his art from CILM. Please note Anthony is a PTU artist.Please do not use his work unless you have a license to do so. Font of choice Scrapkit- Valentine Wishes HERE (Scrapkit is used with permission from Yvette at Misfitz Scraps) Lets get started! 1. Open a new image 600 x 600(we can crop and resize later) 2. Flood fill with white 3. Preset Shapes, Eclipse width 5.0. Foreground black and background color or paper of choice.. 4. Draw out a circle, see mine if needed.. Convert to raster 5. Open up the word art, copy and paste as a new layer, resize so it fits outside of the circle.. 6.Copy one of the flowers, paste as a new layer and resize.. 7. Mura Meisters- Copies with the following settings. 8. Copy and paste the frame as a new layer, resize and position. 9.Magic wand in side of each rectangle, selections expand by 5, Selections invert 10. Copy and paste papers of choice or colors of choice and hit delete.. 11. Do the same for your tubes.. 12. Select none, move your frame to the top and give a slight drop shadow 13. Copy and paste main tube. Give a slight drop shadow 14. Add your copyrights. 15. Add any text.. 16. Resize All and merge all flatten 17.
