Let's Start Shall We!

1. Open a new transparent image 450 x 450

2. Open up my supplied frame, copy and paste as a new layer.

3. Magic wand inside of the large rectangle, Selections, modify expand by 5.

4. Layers, new raster layer and flood fill with color of choice. I used #f1dae2. Do Not Deselect.

5. Effects, Textures, Texture and use the following settings then select none.

6. Now magic wand inside of the first and last squares. Selections modify expand by 5.

7. Copy and paste a paper of choice. On your squares layer go to selections invert and then hit delete on the paper layer. Select None.

8.Magic wand inside of the remaining squares, selections, modify expand by 5.

9. Copy and paste another paper of choice, On your frame go to selections invert and then hit delete on the paper layer. Select None.

10. Now open up a flower of choice, Resize by about 30% and paste as a new layer on your working image. Duplicate and position both.

11.Copy and paste another flower of choice,resize, duplicate and position both flowers in the remaining squares.

12. Now open up the ribbon and bow, resize both by 60% and paste each as a new layer. Position.

13.Open up a bead string of choice, resize, copy and paste as a new layer and position.

14.Open up your floatie of choice in animation shop, copy the first frame

15. In psp, Magic wand inside of the rectangle, selections, modify expand by 5.

16. Paste as a new layer. Back to animation shop and repeat until all frames are in psp.

17. In your layers paletter hide all floatie layers apart from the first one.

18. Add a drop shadow of choice to your frame layer. I used 2,2,40,5.00 Black

19. Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer, move down to the bottom, Layers, new mask layer from disk, Select mask of choice.

20. In your layers palette, delete mask layer and merge group.

21. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, position and give a slight drop shadow.

22. Add your �Information and any licenses

23.Foreground White, Background color from tube or kit. Width 5.00, Draw out a long rectangle and conver to raster, Position

24.Magic wand inside of the white part of the rectangle and give it a drop shadow of 2,2,20,2.50 Black and -2-2,20,2.50 Black. Select None

25. Add your text of choice

26. Edit copy merged and paste in Animation Shop as a new animation.

27. Back to psp and on your layer palette, hide the first floatie layer and unhide the 2nd. Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

28. Repeat the above until floaties+your tag are in animation shop

29. View Animation and if you are happy, file save as and follow the promts.
