The Spotlite is on

Tools needed

PSP- I used PSP X but it should work with all.

Animation Shop

Filters: Graphics Plus- Cross Shadow and Spotlite

Tubes of choice- I am using an awesome tube by Ismael Rac who is a ptu artist with AMI. Please Note I am using his art that I purchased when he was with MyPSPTubes. You must have a License to use Ismaels Art.
 

Mask- I used WSL_Mask77 by Chelle from Weescotslass Creations

Font: I used a font called Ravie

My Circle Template- Please do not claim as your own. I made this in PSPX. Download HERE.

Lets get started!!!

 

1. Open a new Image 550 x 500.

2. Copy and paste my circle template as a new layer

3. On the circle template, select all, float, defloat and flood fill with colour of choice. Select None

4. Magic wand inside of the circle template, selections, modify expand by 2.

5. Copy and paste a tube of choice as a new layer and position (see my tag for reference)

6. Continue Step 5 until the circle contains 3 Tubes.

7. Select none and move the circle template to the top.

8. Magic wand inside of the template again, selections modify expand by 2.

9. Layers, new raster layer and move to the bottom, flood fill with colour of choice (Preferably a colour from one of your tubes)

10. Select None..

11. Give your 3 tubes a drop shadow of 2,2,80,5.00 Black

12. Layers, new raster layer, flood fill with colour of choice, Layers, Load Mask Layer, select mask of choice and click okay

13. On the layer palette delete the mask layer and merge group. Send this layer to the bottom.

14. Duplicate the mask layer, mirror and change the hue and saturation to another colour from one of your tubes.

15. Select the colour layer behind the tubes and use the following Graphics Plus- Cross Shadow Settings.

16. On the colour layer behind the tubes go to select all, float, defloat, new raster layer and flood fill with black. select none

17. Making sure your on the black layer.. font tool, font and size of choice and type "The Spotlight is on Ismael Rac Rock Revolution Girls!!" Spread it out.. and try to have "The Spotlight is on" Ismael Rac and Rock Revolution Girls!! on separate layers. See my tag for reference.

18. Add your name and �Information.
21. Hide the word art and edit copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop.

22. Back to PSP, unhide "The Spotlight is On" and edit merged and paste after current frame in animation shop.

23. Back to PSP and unhide "Ismael Rac", edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

24. Back to PSP and unhide "Rock Revolution Girls!!", edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

24. Back to PSP, hide the black background and word art.

24. On your first tube using the following graphics Plus spotlight settings.

25. Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

26. back to PSP, edit undo. click the next tube and repeat Spotlite settings, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop.

27 Back to PSP, edit undo click the next tube and repeat Spotlite settings, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop.

28, In animation shop, select all, animation, frame properties 35.

29, View animation and if your happy file save as.
