Stepin Out in Blue

Tools needed

PSP- I used PSP 9 but it should work with all.

Animation Shop

Filters-Mura Meisters Clouds, DSB-Flux-Bright Noise

Tube of choice: Ive used the art of Barbara Jensen who is Pay To Use artist. You must have a license to use her art which you can get from her site HERE.

Font/s of choice: I used a font called Blue Mirth which you can download from FONTS101

Mask of choice: I used WSL_Mask24 made by Chelle from Weescotslass.

Scrapkit of choice: I am using a PTU scrapkit called Midnight Blue made by Serina from Serina's Designz. You can purchase this kit from Memory Junkies.

Let's Start Shall We!

1. Open a new transparent image 500 x 500 and floodfill with white

2.Open up a frame of choice and paste as a new layer, resize if necessary

3. Magic wand inside of your frame, selections, modify expand by 5.

4. Copy and paste a paper of choice, resize by 50-60%.

5.On your frame layer go to selections invert and the hit delete on your paper layer. Select None and move the paper layer down

6. Select your paper layer, selections, select all, float, defloat and duplicate 2 times.

7. On your first layer use the following Mura Meisters-Clouds settings

8. Repeat for your second and third layers but on the second layer change the amount to 90 and for the 3rd layer change it to 120. Select None

9. On your layer palette, hide the 2 duplicate layers.

10.Copy and paste another paper of choice as a new layer, resize and move to the bottom

11. Layers, New mask layer from disk. Select mask of choice and click ok

12. On your layer palette, delete the mask layer and merge group.

13. Duplicate your mask layer 2 times. On your first layer use DSB Flux-Bright Noise 10,Mix. Second layer hit Mix once and on your third layer hit mix 2 times.

14. Hide the 2 duplicate layers in your layer palette.

15.Copy and paste a flower of choice as a new layer and resize. Position at the bottom of your tag and duplicate, image mirror, merge down.

16. Duplicate and flip, then duplicate again and rotate 90degrees, duplicate again and mirror.

17. Add any other embellishments of choice

18. Add �Informatin and any license #'s

19. Add your name and any text of choice

20. Making sure you duplicate mask and paper layers are hidden go to edit copy merged

21. Open animation shop and paste as a new animation. Back to psp, hide the first layers and unhide the second layers, edit copy merged

22. Paste after current frame in animation shop. Back to psp, hide the second layers and unhide the third layers, edit copy merged

23. Paste after current frame in animation shop.

24. View animation and if your happy, file save as and follow the prompts.
