Spring Welcome

Tools needed
PSP- I used version 9 but it should work with all.
Filter- Mura Meisters Copies
4 Tubes of choice- I used the work of Joel Adams. Joel is a PTU(pay to use) artist and you can buy his work at CILM.You must have a license to use his art.
Scrapkit- Spring Fling which is a PTU kit i purchased from MPT
Mask- I used WSL_Mask179 which can be downloaded at the link HERE
(Mask is used with permission from Chelle at Weescotslass)
Font of choice-I used Impact
Ok.Lets get started..
1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and floodfill with white
2. Open up paper of choice and paste as a new layer
3. Layers, new mask layer from image, find your mask and click ok
4. delete mask layer and merge group. give a slight dropshadow.
5.Copy and paste flower of choice, resize by about 25% and filter with the following mura meister copies settings.

6. Now resize the flowers by 125%
7. Now copy and paste a butterfly of choice, resize by 30% and use the same mura meisters copies settings as above.
7.Now resize the butterflies by 120%
8. Open up all 4 frames and paste as new layers.
9. Position like mine next to each other and merge visable these 4 layers.
10. Magic wand inside of the first frame, selections modify expand by 5 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
11. Selections invert on frame layer and hit delete on paper layer, move paper layer below the frame.
12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 till all frames are full
13. Now do the same with your tubes as steps 10 and 11.
14. Now add a butterfly of choice and position it in the middle of the frames.
15. Add your �Information
16. Add any text. I used Impact 72. 2.0 foreground black and background paper of choice.
17. Add any other embellishments if you like.
18. Crop and Resize
YOUR DONE!
