Let's Start Shall We!
1. Open a new transparent image 475 x 475
2. Open up a paper of choice and click on your forground color and make it as the patter. Backgroun null, width 20.00
3. Select your circle preset and draw out a large rectangle, align, centre in canvas and convert to raster.
4. Layers duplicate and move the duplicate below the original, adjust blur gaussian blur 20.00 and click ok
5.Filters, VM Extravagenza, transmission and use the following settings
6.Magic wand inside of your circle and selections, modify expand by 5.
7. Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer. On your circle layer go to selections invert and then hit delete on the paper layer. Select None.
8.Move your paper below your circle frame but above the blurred circle
9.Magic wand inside of your circle frame again, selections, modify expand by 2.
11.Open up a tube of choice and paste as a new layer.
12. Position your tube and on the circle frame go to selections invert and then hit delete on your tube layer. Select None
13.Move your tube below the frame layer.
14. Selecting your circle frame, add a gradient glow of choice. I used eyecandy 3 glow with the settings 3,100,fat white
15 Now give it a drop shadow of 2,2,40,5.00 Black and repeat with -2,-2,40,5.00 Black
16. Open up a butterfly of choice and resize. Paste it as a new layer and place it in the top left corner,
17. Duplicate and move the duplicate to the opposite corner down the bottom
18.Copy and paste a hanging guitar of choice. Place it so it looks like its hanging from the top butterfly wing,You may need to erase bits. Give it a gradient glow.
19.Copy and paste a string bead and resize, place to the side and repeat the gradient glow. You can also give it a drop shadow. I used 2,2,40,5.00 Black
20.Now copy and paste one of the buckles. You will need to resize this. Place it at the bottom of your tag.
21. Add your �Information and any licenses you may have
22. Add your name and any text of choice
23. If your happy, file save as and save your tag.
