PSP- I used V8 but it should work with all.
Tube of choice-I used the wonderful work of Suzanne Woolcott..Her artwork can be found and purchased at Gorjuss Art. Please note you MUST have a license to use her work.

(Mask and Scrapkit)
Scrapkit used with permission from Melissa at Sentimental Style
1. Open a new image 500x500(We can resize this later)
2.Copy and paste paper of choice, Layers, Load mask from Disk, find the mask i supplied.
3. Source Luminace, fit to canvas, Hide all mask and check INVERT transparency.
4.Delete mask layer and merge group.
5. Copy and paste another paper of choice. Follow steps 2, 3 and 4.
6.Drop shadow both layers, i used 2,0,80 and 3.00 black for both layers.
7. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, drop shadow if like.
8. Add your ribbon,gemstone, wordart and tag, again resize if needed, colorize if needed as well.
9. Add your text and copyright.
10. Layers, merge all flatten
11. File, Save As
