1. Open a new image 550 x 500 and
floodfill with white
2. Layers new raster layer and
floodfill with Black
3. Open up your mask of choice,
Layers, New Mask layer from Image, select mask
and click okay
4. On your layer palette, delete
mask layer and merge group
5. Resize by 120% and duplicate
then merge down.
6. Copy and paste flower 9 as a
new layer and resize by 40%, I changed the Hue
and Saturation of mine to match my tube
7. Filters- Mura Meisters copies
with the following settings
8. Resize by 110%
9. Select all, Layers new raster
and paste into selection paper of choice. Select
none
10. Layers, Load mask from disk,
select mask and click okay
11. On your layer palette, delete
mask layer and merge group, move to the bottom
12. Open up frame 4 and change the
hue and saturation to 255 and 0
13. Resize by 40-60% and paste as
a new layer, position it so its not sitting
right in the middle.
14. Magic wand inside and modify
expand by 10
15. Layers new raster layer and
floodfill with color of choice
16. Copy and paste tube of choice
and position inside the frame
17. On the frame layer go to
selections invert and then hit delete on the
tube layer.
18. Select none and move the frame
layer above the floodfilled and tube layers
19. Open up metal tag of choice,
resize by 40% and position on the side of the
frame up near the top
20. Now open up screw 2 and resize
by 25%, position on the crossover of the rope on
the metal tag and give it a drop shadow of
2,2,80,5.00 Black
21. Copy and paste your main tube
as a new layer and position to the right.
22. Duplicate and on the original
use the following Eyecandy 4000 Shadow lab
settings
23. On your duplicate give it a
dropshadow of 2,2,80,5.00 Black
24. If you used the same Vix mask
as me duplicate in 2 times and use the following
Xenofex 2 Constellation settings on each layer
but change the random seed each layer

25.Copy and paste flower 5 as a
new layer and position it on top of the the
WSLmaskdiv>
26. Add �Information and text of
choice (I used one of the wordart from the kit)
27. Making sure 2 of the mask
layers (with constellation) are hidden and edit
copy merged
28. Paste as a new animation in
animation shop
29. Back to psp, hide the first
layer and unhide 2nd layer, edit copy merged and
paste after current frame in animation shop
30.Back to psp, hide the 2nd layer
and unhide 3rd layer, edit copy merged and paste
after current frame in animation shop
31. View Animation and if your
happy, file save as.
