Ok lets get started

1.Open a new image 450 X 450 and floodfill with white.

2. Select your rectangle preset shape, foreground black, background null and a width of 5.00

3.Draw out a reasonable size rectangle and convert to raster, duplicate and resize by 85%

4.Making sure your on the original rectangle, magic wand inside, Selections modify expand by 2

5. Paste as a new layer a paper of choice, and on the rectangle layer go to selections invert then hit delete on the paper layer. Move this layer below the rectangle.

6.Repeat the above for the 2nd rectangle, but use a different paper of choice.

7.Making sure your on the 2nd rectangle layer, Magic wand inside, Selections modify expand by 2.

8. Open up your tube of choice, Layers, new raster laye and paste into selection. move this layer below the rectangle frame

9.Open up a bow ribbon of choice, resize and paste as a new layer and position at the bottom half of your working section.

10. Add some other embellishments, I used a flower, butterfly and a charm, Resize them if needed.

11. Click on your white background and add a new layer, flood fill with color of choice.

12. Layers, new mask layer from disc, select mask of choice and click ok. Delete mask layer and merge group.

13.Add your name, any wordart and correct �Information

14. On your tube layer, lower the opacity to 0. Edit copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop

15. Back to psp and move to opacity to 20, Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

16.Back to psp and move to opacity to 40, Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

17.Back to psp and move to opacity to 60, Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

18.Back to psp and move to opacity to 80, Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

19.Back to psp and move to opacity to 100, Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

20 View animation and if you are happy go to file save as and follow the prompts
