Noisy Stars

PSP- I used V8 but it should work with all.

Animation Shop

DSB FLUX-BRIGHT NOISE

Tube of choice-I used the wonderful work of Elizabeth Austin. In order to use the image in this tutorial you MUST purchase it from CILM.

Star Preset Shape

Font of choice

Lets get started!

1. Open a new image 500x500

2.Choose a light and dark colour from your tube

3.Preset shape,find the star shape with 5points. Width size 5.00

4.Draw out to size of your liking

5.Covert to Raster

6.Using your magic wand,click on the border. Inner bevel using your choice of settings.Select none

7. Draw out 5 smaller stars,convert all to raster and repeat step 6 for each.

8. Merge Visable all layers

9. With your magic want select inside of each star, layers duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers

10. On the bottom layer, effects DSB FLUX-Bright Noise Mix25.

11.Middle layer, effects DSB FLUX-Bright Noise Mix(x1)25.

12. Top layer, effects,DSB FLUX-Bright Noise Mix(x2) 25.

13. Add your tube and position.

14. Add your choice of text.

15. Add your � and watermark

16.Open animation shop

17.In psp close of the 2 duplicated star layers, edit, copy merged

18. Paste as a new image in Animation

19.Back to psp,x out 1st star layer and open middle layer, repeat step 18 but this time paste after current frame

20.Back in psp,x out middle layer and open top layer, edit, copy merged and paste after current frame in Animation shop.

21.File, save as

22. View Animation
