Little Girl Garv Tools needed PSP- I used version 9 but it should work with all. Animation Shop Filters- Mura Meisters-Copies, Xenofex2-Crumple Tube of choice- I used to work of Keith Garvey who is a PTU artist. His work can be brought at MPT. You MUST have a license to use his art. Mask of choice- I used WSL_Mask 117,made by Chelle at Weescotslass and can be downloaded at her site HERE. Just got to downloads on her navigation Scrapkit- LitleGirlTate The scrapkit I used is PTU and was made by Kirsty at DesignerScraps Font of choice Ok.Lets get started.. 1. Open a new image 600 X 600 and flood fill with white 2.Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, plugins,mura meisters copies with the following settings . Colorize this layer to match your tube or scrapkit and lower the opacity to 60% 4.Open your mask of choice, layers, new mask layer from image, find your mask and click ok.Delete mask layer and merge group. 5.Copy and paste a frame of choice as a new layer and resize by 80% 6.Magic wand inside of it, selections modify expand by 5 7. copy and paste paper of choice, selections inver on frame layer and hit delete on your paper layer, select none and move your paper layer below the frame 8. change to opacity of your paper to about 85% 9.Copy and paste your tube as a new layer,resize if needed and position in your frame 10.Back to your paper layer, select all,selections float and defloat, layers duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers 11. On the first layer go to Xenofex 2 crumple and use the following settings 12. Repeat these settings for the 2nd and 3rd layer but hit the random seed on each on. and the select none and hide your middle and top layer 13.Copy and paste a doodle of choice, resize and place above your copies layer,duplicate and mirror and postion the duplicate 14.Copy and paste wings of choice and position it behind your tube so your tube looks like she has wings. 15.Add any other embellishments of choice 16. Add your � Information and any text 17. Crop and resize 18. making sure your 2 duplicate paper layers are hidden, edit copy merged and paste as a new image in animation shop 19. Back to psp, hide first paper layer and unhide the middle one, edit copy merged and paste after current layer in animation shop 20. Again, back to psp, hide the middle layer now and unhide the top layer, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop 21.Select all and go to frame properties and change YOUR DONE!
