Tools needed

PSP- I used PSP X but it should work with all.

Animation Shop

Filters: VM Natural Sparkle, Mura Meisters Copies

Tube of choice- I used a gorgeous tube by Renee Biertempfel who is a ptu artist at CILM. You must have a license to use her art.

Font/s of choice: I used a font called Edward Edwin Plain

Mask of choice- I used a mask made by Kells from KnKS Designs called CirclesLillyLeaves. You can download this mask from the forum under Masks by Members.

Scrap kit: I am using Elegance in Black and White which was made by Krissy. You can download it from her blog Crimson Butterfly Scrapz. The scrap can be found under July 2008.
 

Glitter filled Shape and wire words made by myself Mell aka Babylicious36. You can download these from my site Babylicious36 Designs under downloads.

Lets get started!!!

 

1. Open a new image 550 x550

 

2. Select your eclipse preset shape, foreground Black, background null and width 10

 

3. Draw out a reasonable sized circle, Objects align in centre of canvas and convert to raster

 

4. Duplicate and resize by 80%, Merge down

 

5.Magic wand inside of the centre circle, Selections modify expand by 1 and copy and paste a paper as a new layer

 

6.On your circle layer, selections invert and then hit delete on the paper layer, select none and move the paper below.

 

7.Repeat Steps 5 and 6 for the outer circle, see my tag for reference if necessary.

 

8. Now I want you to give your circle layer a drop shadow of 2,2,80,5.00 Black

 

9. Magic wand inside of both black sections, Duplicate 2 times,

 

10. On your first layer use the following VM Natural Sparkle Settings

 

 

11. Repeat the VM Natural Spark for the other 2 layers but change the random seed each time.

 

12. Select none and hide the 2 duplicates

 

13.Select one of the flowers from the kit. Resize by 50% 2 times and paste as a new layer

 

14. Filters, Mura Meisters Copies and use the following settings.

 

 

15. Resize by 145% and then 105%

 

16. Now copy and paste another paper of choice as a new layer, resize by 85%.

 

17. Open up mask and go to Layers, New Mask Layer, from image. select your mask and make sure the invert mask is checked. Click okay

 

18. Delete the mask layer and merge group, move this layer below the flower and give it a drop shadow of 2,2,80,5.00 Black

 

19. Copy and paste some wirewords and glitter filled shapes as new layers and position, resize if needed.

 

20. Now copy and paste the flower spray from the kit. Resize by 80% and position at the bottom of your tag.

 

21. Add �Information

 

22. Now add text or word art of choice.

 

23.Edit, copy merged, open up animation shop and paste as a new animation

 

24. Back to PSP, hide the first circle layer and unhide the middle layer, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

 

25.Back to PSP, hide the Middle circle layer and unhide the last layer, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

 

26. View Animation and if your happy, file save as and follow the prompts.
