Let's Start!
1.Open a new image 550 x 550 and
floodfill with white.
2. Copy and paste a paper of choice as
a new layer
3. Layers, Load Mask from disk, select
mask and click ok
4. On your layer palette, delete mask
layer and merge group.
5.Duplicate mask and on the original
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 25.00
6. On the same layer, Penta- color dot
with the following settings
7. Now duplicate this layer twice for
a total of 3 layers
8. On the first layer use the
following Xenofex2 Constellation settings..
9. Repeat for the other 2 layers, but
change the random seed, hide these 2 layers
10. Now open up the 3 frame stamp and
paste as a new layer
11. Magic wand inside of each frame,
selections, modify, expand by 5.
12. Copy and paste a paper of choice
as a new layer
13. On your frame layer, selections
invert and then hit delete on the paper layer,
select none and move the paper layer below
14.Magic wand inside of the first
frame, selections, modify expand by 5
15. Copy and paste a tube of choice as
a new layer, position..
16. On your frame layer, selections
invert and then hit delete on the tube layer. Select
none and move the tube below the frame
17. Repeat steps 15 and 16 for the
other 2 frame
18.Copy and paste your main tube as a
new layer and position, give it a slight dropshadow
19. Copy and paste the bow and arrow
as new layers, resize by 50 % and position to the
left bottom of your tag, drop shadow of choice
20. Add some other elements of choice-
I used one of the lollipop candy and roses,
21. Copy and paste a ribbon of choice
as a new layer and position near the bottom of the
frame
22. Click on your frame layer,
selections, select all, float, defloat and duplicate
2 times
23. On the first layer use the
following Xenofex2 Constellation settings..
24. Repeat for the other 2 layers,
but change the random seed, hide these 2 layers
25. Add some wordart of choice
26. Add your name and � Information
27. Edit copy merged, open animation
shop and paste as a new animation
28. back to psp, hide the first layers
of the frame and mask and unhide the middle layers,
29.Edit copy and paste after current
frame in animation shop
30. back to psp, hide the Middle
layers of the frame and mask and unhide the last
layers,
31.Edit copy and paste after
current frame in animation shop
32. View animation and if your
happy file save as and follow the prompts
