Lets get started!!!
1. Open a new Image 550 x 550 and
floodfill with white
2. Select all, layers, new raster
layer and paste into selection paper of choice.
Select None
3. Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask
from disk, Select your mask of choice and click okay
4. On your layer palette, delete the
mask layer and merge group
5. Resize your mask layer by 115%
6. Select your eclipse tool.
Foreground Black, background null, Line width 5.00
and Line Style- Diamond
7. Drag out a circle (Hold down you
shift key to get a circle) to a reasonable size.
8. Objects, Align, centre in canvas
and convert to raster
9. Open up the ribbon/chain from the
kit and paste as a new layer, resize and erase the
bits showing over the edge of the diamond circle.
10. I then duplicate my tube and had
one layer below the ribbon/chain and one layer
above, on the top layer I erased a bit of the tube
so it looked like the ribbon was going behind her
and then over her arm
12. Now copy and paste one of the
horse shoes as a new layer, resize by 10% and use
the following mura meisters copies settings
13. Resize this layer by 145% and move
it above the mask layer but below the diamond circle
14. Layers, new raster layer, select
all and paste into selection another paper of choice
15.Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load
Mask from disk, Select your mask of choice and
click okay
16.. On your layer palette, delete
the mask layer and merge group
17. Change the opacity of this
layer to 55 and move it so its on top of the
first mask
18. Duplicate your 2nd mask layer
2 times and on the first layer use the following
Tramages Pool Shadow settings
19. On the second and third
layers, change the lightening to setting of
choice, hide the 2 duplicates.
20. Now copy and paste bow of
choice as a new layer, resize by 50% and
position at the edge of the ribbon/chain,
duplicate, image mirror and give both layers a
drop shadow of 2,2,80,5.00 Black
21. Copy and paste the balloons, a
shamrock and pot of gold as new layers, resize
each and drop shadow then position.
22. Add wordart or text of choice
23. Add �Information
24. Select your diamond circle,
duplicate 2 times and on the first layer use the
following Xenofex 2 Constellation Settings
25. Repeat for the 2 duplicate
layers but change the random seed for both, hide
the 2 duplicate layers
26. Edit copy merged and paste as
a new animation in animation shop
27. Back to psp, hide the first
layer of the 2nd mask and the first layer of the
diamond circle, unhide the 2nd layer of each,
28. Edit copy merged and paste
after current frame in animation shop
29. Back to psp, hide the 2nd
layer of each and unhide the 3rd layers
30. Edit, copy merged and paste
after current frame in animation sho
31. Edit Select all, and change
the frame properties to 25
32. View Animation and if your
happy, file save as and follow the prompts
