Tools needed

PSP- I used version 9 but it should work with all.

Filters- Mura Meisters Copies, Xenofex 2 Constellation

Tube of choice- I used to work of who Caron Vinson who is a PTU artist. Her work can be brought at CILM. You MUST have a license to use her art.

Flower Borders and flowers

Both these i purchased from Kirsty at Designer Scraps

Font of choice. I used Renaissance


Ok.Lets get started..

1. Open a new image 500 X 500 and flood fill a gradient of choice. I used a light and dark color from my tube.

2. Open up a flower border of choice, and resize so it fits nicely on your page.

3. On your gradient layer, add a texture of choice whether its using the textures that come with psp or a filter texture.

4. Change the blend mode to softlight

5.Copy and paste a flower of choice and use the following mura meisters copies settings

6. Duplicate and resize the duplicate by 50%

7.Copy and paste a tube of choice, resizing and position, Give it a slight dropshadow

8. On your border layer go to select all,float,defloat and duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers

9. On your first layer go to Xenofex 2 constellations with the settings below-use Low density stars

10. click on the 2nd layer and repeat the plugin but hit random

11.Click on the 3rd layer and repeat the plugin hitting random again and the hit select none.

12. Add your � Information and Name

13. Hide your duplicated border layers and edit copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop

14. Hide the first border and unhide the middle one, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

15. Hide the middle one and unhide the top border, edit copy merged and paste after current animation in animation shop

16. Select all and change your frame properties to setting of choice

17. View Animation

18, If your happy with it save file as and follow the prompts

YOUR DONE!
