Scrapkit is used with permission from Melissa at Scrappy Expressions

 1.Open up your supplies in psp.

2. Open up a new image 600 x 600(we can resize later)

3.Flood fill with white

4. Open up the frame from the scrapkit, copy and paste as a new layer on to your working page.

5. Magic wand inside, selections, modify, expand by 5(do not deselect)

6. Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer and move below frame..

7. Selections invert on frame layer

8. Click delete on paper layer and deselect

9. Copy and paste tube of choice, position.

10. Merge visable tube, frame and paper layers.

11. Resize 90%

12. Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers.

13. On bottom layer, adjust,blur,gaugassian blur 30.00

14. on same layer VM Extravagansa-Transmission with following settings.

Line Width-6

Offset-0

Contrast-40

15.On the middle layer, resize by 75%

16.Mura Meisters copies with the following settings.

17. Resize top layer if wanted and add a slight drop shadow.

18. Add any embellishments to tag..I also used a mask on the bottom layer

19. Add your name and �Information

20.Merge visable, crop and resize

21.Merge all flatten

22. File Save as
