FLURTY Flurty by Name,Flurty by Nature. Tools needed PSP- I used version 9 but it should work with all. 3 Tubes of choice- I used to work of Scott Tolleson who is a PTU artist. His work can be brought at CILM. You MUST have a license to use his art.  Mask- I used WSL_Mask171 which can be downloaded at the link HERE (Mask is used with permission from Chelle at Weescotslass) Scrapkit- FLURT, You can download this kit from Amandas Blog Definitive Side This scrapkit was made by Amanda at Tantrum Scraps.  If you prefer not to buy this you can improvise with photo frames etc Font of choice or the ones I used which were Badabada Boom and Satisfaction Ok.Lets get started.. 1. Open a new image 600 X 450 and flood fill with white 2. Open up a paper of choice and copy and paste as a new layer. 3. Open up your mask and go to layer, new mask layer from image and load your mask, click ok 4. Delete mask layer and merge group then resize the mask by 120% 5. Open up the doodle and copy and paste as a new layer resizing if necessary.Duplicate, Image mirror and also flip. 6. Copy and paste the glitter splatters and paste as new layers. I duplicate both and mirrored them. 7. Open up 3 photo frames, resize by about 50-60%, copy and paste each as a new layer.Merge visable these 3 layers,and give a slight drop shadow. I used 2,2,40,5.00 black 8. Magic wand inside of the first frame, copy and paste paper of choice, resizing if needed. Selections invert on the frame layer and delete on the paper layer. Repeat this step for all 3 frames 9. Repeat step 9 but this time using your tubes of choice. 10. Open up the Crisscross ribbon, resize and duplicate, position both between the frames,and give a slight drop shadow. I used 2,2,40,5.00 black 11.Copy and paste 2 bows of choice resizing each by 50% 2 times. position in the middle of the crisscross ribbon 12.Copy and paste one of the stars as a new layer, resize by 40%,duplicate and position the stars at both ends of the tag. 12.Add any wordart of your choice, I made mine using the font IMPACT and adding a paper. 13.Add your name and �Information 14. Crop and resize if needed YOUR DONE! As I said up the top this can be done with any scrap supplies if you put your mind to it.
