Dark Crystal

Tools needed

PSP- I used PSP X but it should work with all.

Filters Used: Mura Meisters-Copies

Tube/Image of choice- I used the gorgeous work of Rachael Tallamy. You must have a license to use her art which can be found at www.rtallamy.com.

Font/s of choice: I used a font called Dark Crystal

Mask of choice-- I used WSL_Mask108 which was made by Chelle and can be dowloaded from her site Weescotslass Tutorials under the downloads section.

Scrapkit- I used a gorgeous scrapkit called Crystal which was made by Cindi and can be found at her blog..

Lets get started!!!

 

1.Open a new Image 500 X 500

 

2. Open up a paper from the kit, copy and paste as a new layer on your working image

 

3. Resize by 90% and go to layers, load mask from disc. Select your mask of choice and click OK

 

4.On your layers palette, delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize this layer by 120%.

 

5.Open up a scalloped frame of choice, Copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 65%

 

6. Magic wand inside of your frame, Selections, modify, expand by 3.

 

7. Open up another paper of choice, copy and paste as a new layer, resize if necessary

 

8. On your frame layer, go to selections, invert and then on your paper layer hit delete. Select none and move this layer below the frame.

 

9. Magic wand inside of your frame again, Selections, modify, expand by 2.

 

10. Open up a tube or image of choice, and paste as a new layer, position.

 

11. On your frame layer, go to selections, invert and then click delete on your tube/image layer. Select none, and move this layer below the frame

 

12. Select a flower brad of choice, Copy and paste as a new layer and resize by 50%

 

13. Now to go filters, mura meisters copies and use the following settings, click OK

14. Image, resize by 125%

 

15. Select the branch supplied in the kit. Image resize by 50% and copy and paste as a new layer.

 

16. Move it below your image but above the background and move it to a corner of your working image.

 

17. Duplicate, mirror, duplicate again and flip, duplicate again and mirror. Merge visable these 4 layers.

 

18. Select your bottom layer and flood fill with white.

 

19. Copy and paste another tube of choice, resize and place it in the bottom corner of your working image.

 

20. Add your � Information

 

21. Add your name and any other text of choice.

 

22. File save as.
