Tools needed

PSP- I used PSP X but it should work with all.

Filters: Xenofex 2 Constellation

Tube of choice- I used a Lilz tube by Joel Adams who is a ptu artist at CILM. You MUST have a license to use his art.

Font/s of choice

Mask of choice- I used a mask by Monti called Chaos. You can download this mask from Monti's Pixel Playgroud

Scrap kit: I am using a paid kit called Country Days which was made by Shannon aka Butterfly33. You can purchase this kit from Memory Junkies

If you wish not to use the kit I have then simply use a fence, papers of choice, sign of choice and any elements of choice


Lets get started!!!
 
1. Open a new Image 550 x 550 and floodfill with white
 
2. Layers new raster layer and floodfill with color of choice
 
3. Layers, Load Mask from disk, select mask and click okay
 
4. Delete mask layer and merge group on your layer palette
 
5. On you mask layer use the following Xenofex 2 Constellation Settings

6. Now open up 2 flowers of choice and position them on your mask, duplicate till all squares on the mask have a flower on them
 
7. Merge Visable all of the flower layers and use the above Xenofex 2 Constellation Settings.
 
8.Copy and paste the fence as a new layer, resize if needed and give it a drop shadow of 2,2,80,5.00 Black
 
9. Position your gate near the bottom of your tag.
 
10. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, resize if needed, dropshadow of 2,2,100,5.00 Black and position to the left bottom corner
 
11. Copy and paste elements of choice- I used 2 stickers from the kit, a bow (I also used the above constellation settings on this) and a sign.
 
12. Now add your name and any wordart of choice.
 
13. Add your �Information
 
14. File save as and save your tag
