Chain A Round   Please note the frames are not mentto be bouncing around like that, I have stuff to do at moment but will fix it when i have time. Tools needed PSP- I used version 9 but it should work with all. Animation Shop Filter- Mura Meisters Copies, PSP Textures, Xenofex 2-Constellation-StarField 6 to 7 Tubes of choice- I used the gorjuss work of Suzanne Woolcott.  Suzanne is a PTU(pay to use) artist and you can purchase her art and a license from Gorjuss Art. Font of choice-I used Figurny which can be found at dafont.com Preset Shape-Circle Chain of choice. Bow of choice, I used one from DoziBaer HERE Ok.Lets get started.. 1. Open a new image 600 x 600 and floodfill with white. 2. Preset shapes-circle size 10.00 foreground black or color of choice and background Null. 3. Draw out a medium sized circle, see mine for help if needed. Convert to raster and duplicate.. 4. On the duplicate resize by 40% or so, Mura Meisters copies with the following settings. 5.Click ok and resize by about 130% so it looks like mine. 6. Copy and paste chain of choice, resize,and position using the eraser to erase and bits that hang over the circles. 7. Click inside your first circle, selections modify expand by 3. keep selected 8.Layers new layer and flood fill with color of choice, add a texture effect of choice to the fill. 9. Copy and paste tube of choice, resizing if need and position. move this below the circle but above the fill 10. On the circle layer, selections, invert and hit delete on the tube layer. 11. Repeat steps 7,8,9 and 10, for the rest of the circles including the middle one. 12. Merge visable all of the fill layers, the merge visable all of the tube layers. 13. now hide the white layer and merge visable all other layer, resize by 90 14. Layers duplicate and move the duplicate below the original and give it a gaussion blur of 15.00, I also gave it a texture effect. 15. Back to the original and click on the circle frames and duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers. 16. On the first-Filter,Xenofex 2 with the following settings.Make sure up the top under settings its on Star Field   17. Repeat step 16 on the next to 2 layers hiting random seed once each time. select none 18. Add any embellishments if wanted. I added a bow and duplicated it and placed it under each chain. I resizd it so you could still see the chain as thats what the tut is about, the chain around the circles 19. Add your �Information and Text 20. Resize and crop if needed 21. x out the top 2 xenofex layers, edit copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop 22. x out layer 1 and uncross layer 2, repeating the copy merged and paste into animation shop after current later. 23. Repeat the above step 24. View Animation 25.
