1. Open a new image 550 x 550 and
flood fill with white
2. Open up a paper of choice and paste
as a new layer and resize by 70%
3.Layers, Load mask from disk and
select mask and click okay
4. On your layer palette, delete the
mask layer and merge group.
5.Resize your mask layer by 85%
6. Open up your tubes of choice,
select your mask layer and magic wand inside of the
first square, selections modify expand by 5
7. Copy and paste 1 tube as a new
layer and rotate left 20 %
8. On your mask layer go to
selections, invert and then hit delete on your tube
layer, select none and move the tube below the masl.
9. Repeat steps 6,7 and 8 for the
other two squares but on the right square rotate
your tube right 15-20%
10. Select a ribbon of choice and
paste as a new layer, resize by 30% then 83%.
Position near the bottom of your middle frame.
11.Duplicate and rotate left 20% and
position on the left frame.
12.Duplicate the middle one again and
rotate 20% right and position on the right frame
13.Erase any excess ribbon hanging
over the frames
14. Now copy and paste the mask
embellishment from the kit, resize and position so
it sits at the bottom of the middle frame.
15. Copy and paste the butterflies as
new layers, resize by 50% and position at the bottom
left and top right of the side frames,
16. Copy and paste the roses as new
layers. resize by 30% and position on each side of
the middle frame
17.Add any other embellishments of
choice as a new layer.
18.Select your white background and
paste as a new layer another paper of choice.
19.Layers, Load mask from disk and
select mask and click okay
20. On your layer palette, delete
the mask layer and merge group.
21. Add text or wordart of choice.
22. Add correct ©Information
23.If your happy with your tag,
Crop if needed and file save as and save your
tag
